Pendent growing plants draw the attention of many collectors like nothing else. The plant in the main photo is a great example. Brought to me for propagation by my mother-in-law lovingly called Tiadora, this plant is a sight to behold. Less than 3 weeks in its new location, and it is already growing quickly.
GueCal Colombian Tropicals suggests planting this in a very loose mix such as our own recipe (crushed pine bark, crushed charcoal, perlite, & chopped sphagnum moss) in a hanging pot with the opening hanging to the side to get the most of the pendent growth.
